This spectacular apartment is truly a rare find. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the border of the prestigious 16th and 17th arrondissements is ideal for vacationers, families, and corporate clients alike.

The adjoining 16th has more river-front real estate than any other district in Paris and is home to the Trocadero, which features some of the best views of the city and is framed on its northern border by the glorious Arc de Triomphe which is the true heart of the City.

We have a long list of amenities and can assure you that we have just what every traveler needs and expects. The primary bedroom has both a queen size bed and a twin bed so 3 people can sleep comfortably. The second bedroom has a queen bed.

The neighborhood surrounding our apartment is fun, quiet at night, safe, and full of cafes, bakeries, and shopping. We're also just a short distance from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine River, where I highly recommend the guided boat tours, especially if you have never been to Paris prior. Both adults and children love to take this boat tour. We're also just a short distance from The Louvre, Rodin Museum, and Napoleon’s Tomb, located adjacent to the Eiffel Tower. You can walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Notre Dame and Hôtel de Ville are just minutes away as well. While visiting the Eiffel Tower, one of our favorite things to do is to walk the short distance to the Rue Cler for delicious Crepes and to visit the little shops along the way.

Guest access

The entire apartment with no limitations, except the apartment is non-smoking. To make your stay as hassle-free as possible, we will meet you upon your arrival to give you the apartment keys and a brief tour of the home. You may reach us during your entire stay via calling, texting, or emailing. Once booked, we will also give you our wifi passcode to have ahead of time as well.

Other things to note

Arrival and departure times are flexible based on availability, and we're always happy to help you if we can with your luggage storage, if needed, before check-in/out. There are good luggage storage places around Paris. The best is called City Locker, and you can find them on the Internet. If another guest is not booked the night before your stay, you may arrive as early as you'd like to (pre-arranged with us).
*Airbnb asks all hosts to obscure certain photos and artwork. The artwork is on the wall next to the bed in our second bedroom. It is a tasteful photo of a famous French model standing in the ocean up to her hips with a side view of her without clothes.*

If a guest is booked the night before your arrival, that guest has until 11 am to check out, and then we need to clean the apartment thoroughly. Standard check-out time is 11 am, but we are happy to be flexible on this (pre-arranged with us and based on availability) and let you check out later if no one is booked the night of your departure. Standard check-in time is 15:00 (3 pm) or later, but again, we are willing to be flexible if no one is booked the night prior. Many of our guests who know they are going to arrive early and want to be guaranteed to be able to get into the apartment book the night before their arrival. *There will be an early arrival fee or late arrival outside of regular check-in hours of 11:00 - 19:00 (7 pm).*
