This bright 20 m² studio, located on the 5th floor with elevator, can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The layout includes :

- an open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
- a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, stereo system and Wi-Fi.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.
