Peace in the centre of Paris

From booking, to being personally contacted and met for check in and the overall peaceful and cosy nature of the apartment in the centre of town, I would highly recommend the property and Welkeys to anyone visiting Paris.

Shortly after arriving we discovered that the shower was broken. Despite instantly notifying both the young man who had let us in and the customer service team by both email and WhatsApp, we never had a working shower during our four night stay. The team was not responsive and actually at one point lied, sending an email that they had fixed the shower when no one had even tried to do so. There also are no lights in the hallway and the walls are paper thin.
