is arranged as follows:
- 1 welcoming living room equipped with a sofa bed WIFI television
- 1 Dining area with table and chairs
- 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge, hotplates, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 cozy master bedroom with double bed
- 1 modern bathroom with sink, shower and hairdryer

The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest
