* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, during heatwaves, it can get very hot inside, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
* The building access badge is not handed over on site: it must be collected from a pick-up point less than 600 metres from the apartment before you can get in. If you have luggage or arrive late, plan for this detour on foot.

On the plus side, you will be in Clichy, on the edge of Paris, a 7-minute walk from Porte de Clichy metro station, in a 60 m² (646 sq ft) apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony, on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, with a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Please note that you will need to collect a building access badge from a location less than 600 metres from the accommodation. You will be given instructions before your arrival.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
