Amazing Apartment in A Fantastic Neighborhood

This was the best place for my visit to Paris. The apartment was lovely, spacious, and had a kitchen and laundry. The location was ideal as I traveled primarily via metro. It is a safe, secure building with kind neighbors. I plan to visit Paris again as soon as I am able and I will stay there again for sure! I’ve already recommended it to some friends who are planning a visit. I was able to get food at the local grocery store and cook for myself when I wasn’t eating out. Highly recommend this place.

Great place lots of stairs

The host was absolutely amazing. The rooms were good size. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked great but there was so many stairs, which was challenging after a long day in Paris, but well worth it would definitely recommend

Fabulous location and comfortable accommodation

We were happy in our accommodation in this home . the hosts were reachable by phone and explained access to the apartment. It was a great spot near restaurants, shops and public transport.

Very central but calm and quiet

Very quiet and calm in a lovely area and easily walkable to many of the sights.We did find that we had to wash plates and glasses which were not very clean and with the sizes of pans provided you would struggle to cook for the number of people the apartment sleeps! However, the rest of the apartment was clean and we had a pleasant stay.

Great owner communication

The owner is very nice and is a great communicator. The property is as described. The four floor walk up isn’t all that tough so don’t be intimidated by that. Pros: devoted owner, bedroom layout- it was great for each kid to have their own area to sleep in, good kitchen, good location, quiet, even though it is only one bathroom the toilet and shower are separate so that makes life easier, plenty of space (although no lounge room / couch/TV area), we huddled around the two tables Cons: we were given one regular towel and three small hand towels, door is challenging in the winter but manageable It is a great value for the price.

Empfehlenswertes Appartement in einer grossartigen Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt neben dem Place de la République, Metrostation, Restaurants und Geschäfte liegen unmittelbar in der Nähe. Abends ist hier ein schönes Treiben und Nachtleben. Es ist eine perfekte Lage in einer sicheren Gegend, um Paris zu Fuss zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock in einem Hinterhaus, es war also total ruhig und sehr hell. Wir vermissten einen Schrank für unsere eigene Kleidung, alle Schränke werden ausschliesslich von den Besitzern benützt. Ebenso vermissten wir etwas mehr Geschirr/ Tassen/ Gläsern bei 8 Personen, Bei unserer Ankunft waren nicht alle Betten fertig bereitet und es fehlten Bezüge und Kissen. Insgesamt war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber, die Dusche und das Badezimmer haben aber einwandfrei funktioniert. Trotz der beschriebenen Mängel können wir die Wohnung für einen gelungenen Paris- Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très bien situé et agréable, prévu pour 6 personnes. Au delà matelas pneumatique. Il est dommage qu il n y est que 3 bols, pas de mug, de micro ondes, bouilloire ou cafetière. Accueil en espagnol uniquement, ce qui est problématique pour se comprendre. Bon séjour cependant.

Logement non conforme aux photos de l'annonce

Nous sommes arrivés dans un logement qui n'est pas adapté à la location . Les pièces sont pleines d'objets personnels qui empêchent la circulation: dans le salon il y a un piano, un parc détérioré rempli de jouets premier âge, dans la chambre il y a un bureau en plus ... Tout ceci n’apparaît pas sur les photos. Certes l'appartement est très bien placé, très calme, spacieux mais on s'y sent comme des intrus tant il n'a pas été dépersonnalisé.

Echt empfehlenswert, zentral tolle Wohnung, aber die Haustür muss gangbar gemacht werden

Wenn man Paris in schönster Weise erleben will , ist diese Wohnung ein großes Stück davon, sie ist wunderschön, geschmacklich und wohnlich eingerichtet, liegt super zentral. Das einzige doch nervige Problem war die Wohnungstür, die sich nur schwer öffnen ließ, jeden Abend eine neue Herausforderung und Bangen, dass wir sie geöffnet kriegen . Das hat die Leichtigkeit zu dem sonst so schönen Aufenthalt genommen.

Schön und zentral gelegen, aber leider nicht sauber

Schöne und großzügige Altbauwohnung, sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern, zentral und ruhig gelegen. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos, nur leider: war die Wohnung nicht sauber, als wir ankamen. Nicht einmal die Betten waren frisch bezogen. In jedem Zimmer waren Haare in den Ecken und auf dem Boden. Unter dem Esstisch im Wohnzimmer lag Dreck und Staub von mehreren Wochen. Ich musste erst einmal zwei Stunden putzen, bis es so war, dass wir uns wohlfühlen konnten. Wir hatten sogar Mühe, saubere Putzlappen zu finden. Die Bettwäsche, die wir in einem der Schränke fanden, roch leider muffig. Die Waschmaschine, die wir in einem der Wandschränke entdeckten, roch ebenfalls muffig und war selbst von innen dreckig und ein entsprechend altes Modell, das wir dann gar nicht benutzen wollten. Echt schade!!! Es bräuchte nicht viel, um diese Wohnung aufzuwerten! Eine neue Waschmaschine, neue Kissen und Bettdecken (leider ebenfalls sehr alt und undefinierbar braun-fleckig), und den Schimmel an der Decke im Bad bekämpfen und die Putzfrau vielleicht mal wechseln. So, wie es war, war es eine Zumutung.

Leider ist diese Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entspricht überhaupt nicht den Erwartu

Die im Inserat gezeigten Fotos zeigen die Wohnung in einem aufgeräumten Zustand. In Wirklichkeit stehen überall Spielsachen im Weg, ein großes Laufställchen befindet sich im Wohnzimmer, jede Menge Staub in den Schlafzimmern, die Bettwäsche und auch die Handtücher sind zwar gewaschen, riechen aber nach Essensgeruch, Die Dusche im Bad hat in alle Fugen Schimmelbildung und das Wc war auch nicht richtig sauber, ebenso sieht im Waschbecken in der Küche aus,das Geschirr kam erst einmal in die Spülmasche!!! Eklig fanden wir es
