Disappointed and Would Not Recommend
At first glance, this seemed like the perfect place to stay in Paris. It’s in a great location—close to everything and very convenient. There were plenty of outlets for our chargers, and the three floors offered lots of space for my two teenage boys. I was initially excited and thought we had found a gem. However, things quickly went downhill. Despite glowing reviews about cleanliness, I was shocked at the condition of the place. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, and we found dirty, used silverware still in the drawer. The bathrooms smelled strongly of urine and were clearly not cleaned properly. The beds were small and uncomfortable, made worse by plastic liners that made it hard to sleep. To top it off, toward the end of our stay, I noticed blood and dirt on one of the blankets—something I only saw when shaking it out. Truly disturbing. But the absolute worst part? There was a mouse in the unit. We took a photo and sent it to the owners. While they responded quickly and sent someone the next day, their solution was to spray rat poison in the apartment.The smell was overwhelming, and with two sensitive boys, my husband and I had to spend our final day in Paris airing out the space just to make it bearable for one more night. The owners did not offer us another place to stay or any compensation. When I reached out to share my concerns, they told me there was nothing they could do and stopped responding altogether. We could have stayed anywhere in Paris, and chose this place
