The room is so bad !! The room is a disaster once you get to the reception it looks nice downstairs because it is a Senior Residence where they rent apartments there, the apartments are very bad. It is not so clean and has very low comfort, the beds are very small and very uncomfortable and the aplaiser, most of them do not work.

I was lucky that, i could get this hotel on my dates of travelling. Initially i was hesitant about the property , however after reaching all my doubts were vanished. Its an excellent property at excellent location with full fledge kitch facility, where in you can find utensils as well. Staff is very friendly and always extend help. I thank Mr. Michel for all the help during my Stay in this Vila. Further, i did not feel i was away from my home, due to ambience and the people around here.

Clean, comfortable, and close to transportation
We were looking for an affordable multi-night stay just outside of Paris and found Villa Medicis Puteaux. We were delighted that it was an efficiency apartment inside a quiet retirement home. It offered the typical comfort of a European hotel - full-size (not queen) bed, clean bathroom with shower - plus a kitchenette, dining area, and small sofa. A Franprix grocery store is directly across the street and offers everything to stock the kitchenette. For transportation, the bus stop across the street was 10 minutes to La Defense transit center for quick and easy connection to all the top sights in Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful, too.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff was more than accommodating to us. The area is beautiful and the local bistros were delightful. We were allowed to check in after midnight as our flight was delayed. All we had to do was call and ask. Most of the front desk staff spoke English and the one who didn’t worked with us on our translator app until we both understood each other.

Séjour agréable
Séjour très agréable, l’appartement est propre et sent bon des l arrivée. Le parking ( en supplément ) est très pratique et sécurisé ( il faut sonner pour se faire ouvrir ) Effectivement, il s’agit d’une résidence senior donc on peut croiser des personnes de tout âges mais toujours très bienveillantes et sympathiques. Situé idéalement au niveau géographique.

The area was very safe and quiet. We walked from La Defence train station pretty late in the night. Front desk is very nice and helpful although some people don't know english very well. Consider the cost/time needed to travel to Paris city when comparing hotels. It requires 4.20 Euro per person to reach paris city or walk 25 mins and 2.10 euros. Bath needs shower curtain, kids made the whole bathroom floor wet. Toilet seat is on higher side, not comfortable, I had to tiptoe and I'm 5'8". Overall, pretty happy with the stay.

Desde esta localización está todo lo que hay q ver a 20 min aprox y Disney a 1 hora.justonenfrente un súper q después de comparar de lo más barato de la zona. The apartment is bright, spacious, and clean. All staff at the 24hours reception desk are friendly and extremely helpful. We were able to leave our luggage for free when we checked in early and again when we checked out early (at 10 am so we could go into Paris for the rest of the day). The apartment is within walking distance to trains going into Paris or Versailles!!!

Beaucoup de points à améliorer
Jolie résidence bien placée. Les parties communes sont d'un style ancien pour plaire aux seniors qui sont là. L'appartement est spacieux et propre, mais trop récent et donc pas fini ?? Ampoules de chantier au plafond, aucune déco aux murs, c'est très blanc et surtout austère. Une table et 4 chaises dans la cuisine, même pas un canapé dans le coin salon alors qu'il y a de la place. Pas de télé dans la pièce principale, juste une mini télé de 50 cm dans la plus petite des 2 chambres, c'est mesquin. La salle de bain est agréable. Petit déjeuner moins cher qu'en hôtel à 9,50 € mais pour ce prix vous avez trois fois rien : baguette, 2 "petits" pains qui se battent dans une corbeille, que les 3 autres personnes présentes dans la salle ont laissés, 4 yaourts, quelques barquettes de miel et confiture et... c'est tout. Machine à café et jus d'orange. En presque 30 mn de présence personne n'est venu faire l'appoint. A quoi cela sert-il qu'on vous demande la veille à quelle heure vous déjeunez et quoi, avec un professionnalisme pourtant appréciable ? Je n'avais même pas d'assiette ni de tasse disponible dans la pièce ! J'ai aussi payé 15€ pour une place dans le parking souterrain, que je n'ai pas pu utiliser puisque en rentrant de dîner à 22h45 il n'y a plus personne pour vous ouvrir le portail, et aucun code fourni pour le digicode. PAs prévenu de cela. Personne non plus à l'accueil, ni joignable avec le téléphone sur place. Dommage il y a moyen de faire quelque chose de très bien ici.

Un oasis de calme dans la ville : c est vraiment agréable, les locaux sont récents, c est très propre. L accès à la piscine et au jaccuzi jusqu a 23h est un vrai plus qui m a fait choisir cet hôtel. Canapé clic clac et lit 2 places dans une pièce séparée : très bien avec séjour avec ado. La cuisine est équipée : c est tant mieux car il n y a pas de choix de restauration suffisant tout proche. Le petit déjeuner est décevant compte tenu du prix.

Residence familiale et accueillante, à 20 minutes à pied du parvis de la Défense. Tres bien accueillie, appartement spacieux et propre avec kitchnette et lave vaisselle. J'y retournerai en famille !
