Decided to seek PlanB at this late hour after 10pm. Request for cancelation and refund through hotels.com. No acknowledge receipt was Issued to us. We left to find alternative accommodation with the understanding that we will be refunded by 12noon on 02May26 but no payment received."

"Dirty apartment, all the drains blocked showering for more than 2 minutes was not possible as you’d flood the bathroom, utensils are dirty and floor was oily. Kettle had old left over water from someone else "

"Room was abit run down, but very spacious with full kitchen. Also a short walk away from legoland. Overall recommended for families visiting legoland. "

"The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine."

"A bit distance if you need to walk. Best is to drive car. Clean unit. Nothing to complain. Just need Grab or Car to access out of the hotel. "
