+ When you enter the home, you will arrive in the dining room/kitchen. This spacious room is filled with natural light and is outfitted with everything you will need to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Step into the kitchen where you will find ample counter space for meal prep, a full range of appliances including a crockpot, and all the basic cookware the chef in your group will need to whip up tasty meals.
+ A large pass-thru window overlooks the dining table, making it easy to bring hot dishes right from the oven to the table for family-style meals.
+ The dining area includes a wooden table with seating for 4 and is centrally located between the kitchen and living room so you can stay in the heart of the action.
+ On the other side of the dining area is the intimate living room, a charming space with plush furnishings and homey decor creating a welcoming ambiance.
+ The living room is outfitted with a leather couch that can double as a pull-out bed, as well as a leather armchair with an ottoman. Sink into the comfortable furnishings and enjoy chatting with your group, or settle in for a movie night on the flat-screen TV.
Guest Access
+ When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the first bedroom just off of the living room, with beautiful French doors opening into the room.
+ The bedroom makes efficient use of its space with a full-over-queen bunk bed making it a great room for sharing! Guests will have plenty of space to unpack their personal items with two dressers and a closet in this room.
+ This bedroom can also be accessed from the kitchen/dining room area. Head further into the home and find the second bedroom off of the kitchen. This cozy room boasts a warm exposed wood beam wall, a queen-size bed, and a 5-drawer dresser. In this bedroom, you will also find a stacked washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.
+ At the back of the house is the full bathroom, a spacious, 2-room bathroom with a stand-in shower in one room, and a sink, and toilet in the other room. The bathroom provides ample storage space with shelves and cabinets to store your personal items.
+ Guests will have access to the entire home and one street parking space, however the parking space is not guaranteed as it is on a first to come, first to be served basis.
Additional Notes:
+ If you are renting this home from November through March, a 4-wheel drive with all-terrain tires is necessary to reach this home as it is located on a very steep road.

+ Lots of steps, if you are NOT in mountain town ready/fit condition it may not be the place for you with elevation.
+ Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
+ While all the interior areas of the home are private, there are multiple rental units at this location, and it may be possible that other guests will be staying in neighboring units throughout your stay.
