"Hotel was very clean and well taken care of. The staff is extremely attentive and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast options and Red Bean on occation when not wanting to wrestle with the scooters and traffic outside the hotel. I really want to point out the amazing servince from Dung "Jun", my daughter has allergies and she went above and beyond for her. She also developed a relationship with my daughter to the point where my 3 year old would ask where she is every day. Just wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Excellent property and staff right in the heart of Old Quarter. "

"Rex hotel is such a gem in the middle of Hanoi old quater. Our room was nice and clean, breakfast buffet provides delicious food and the staff were friendly & courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Clean room. Towels replaced frequently. Privacy was respected. It has AC for hot days and heating for cold days. Maybe floor needs to be vacuumed instead of mopped cause I always see dust under my sandals but not a big deal. Nice that breakfast offers hot pho. Some say variety is a bit limited which is true but I didn't mind. Had everything I needed to eat safely, cooked veggies, fruits with peels (banana), cooked meat, porridge etc. I am glad I booked tours with the hotel desk, they offered competitive pricing. Great staff. "
