「Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place.」

「Hotel is located in the very center of Han noi, very convenient for visit famous place, good for sightseeing. I would like to express my appreciation for one of the female receptionist (sorry I forgot to ask her name. She showed us where we can go, gave many excellent travel advise and sightseeing suggestions; constantly checking if we need any help and always provide many valuable information. We really appreciated for everything! 」

The cup broke when we poured some boiled water. One of the air conditioners did not work and the room is hot. Staff is super helpful and its service is highly appreciated. 「Good location, it is in the old quarter, near to the sightseeing area (2 mins walk to the lake), you can find anything you need near the hotel. The hotel is new, it looks grand. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing to improve is the shower, the water temperature and the flow is not stable.」

「The building is new, the apartment is nice, modern and fully furnished. I like this decoration, both of living room and bedroom is bright because of big glass door. I think its best place with that price. 」
