「整潔舒服」

「We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!」

「前台接待員會說日語的服務員Chiemi，態度非常之差。所有資料都不會講清楚，一切都是自己詢問她才會告訴我們。check-in的地方不是我們的房間所在地方，我們的房間要再開車過去5分鐘的地方，那個地方非常難找，附近停車位置7:30之後是給當地居民才能停泊，我們外來車必須要泊入停車場，1晚15歐元停車費，停車場沒有直達樓上房間的電梯，我們要搬行李走樓梯。 前台接待員根本沒有告訴我們應該先將行李放在大門口，再去停車。把行李再從停車場走樓梯拖到地面，再拖上那個住處的電梯口，真的是非常不方便。 建議大家如果住這間酒店，一定要問清楚是那一個樓，如果是check-in那個樓，應該還可以接受，如果是要另外的那幢樓，真的不太建議住這間酒店，非常不方便。 這間酒店一定是ibis中最差的前台接待員。 酒店去各個景點都是非常方便，步行能去附近出名的餐廳和景點，都方便，只是酒店的服務態度有問題，再酒店有二幢不同的大樓，在不同的位置，距離步行約10分鐘，所以不方便。」

「Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.」

「The staff was very helpful in offering dining recommendations as well as the route to take to leave as a portion of the water ferry service was shutdown due to the Pope’s visit. 」

「Second year in a row I come here and my mind hasn't change: this hotel is great! Conveniently located just outside the station, comfortable, clean, with a spacious room and a large bed, and a nice lounge where you can spend the evening sipping on a hot drink bought at the machine for just 50 cents. Breakfast is good too, and the breakfast waitresses so nice. Receptionists are nice and efficient too.」

「The hotel is far away from the town. The map they offered was wrong! (It is located at, Via Naviglio Alto, NOT Via Naviglio Paganini.) After taking off the bus, you have to walk 15-20 min before reach the hotel. The free bikes are very limitted. I did not get any one during my stay.」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished in keeping with the style of the property but with all the modern conveniences and the staff are all so friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there is an excellent restaurant next door for dinner. Its an easy 15 minute walk through the park opposite to the town center and I felt very safe as a single female.」

「Host Maria was there to welcome us at check in. She replies fast to messages, both before arrival and during the stay. The home is as it looks in the pics. It’s clean and is well-appointed and is fully stocked with essentials. I cannot emphasize this enough: this is the most satisfied I have ever been in my initial check in. All you would need is there!
