「Staff was very rude. The air conditioner was not working and told them to change the room simple answer was we dont have any other room ok that i can understands but told them to give another room tomorrow answer was we will see. Told them to atleast provide the fan answer we dont have fans and our technician is on holiday for 3days. All we can do is open windows and nothing else. No microwave and no hot water kettle was procias there is no person at the reception and phone in the room. Pathetic...
