The villa stands at the edge of a rock above the beach, in an untouched and relaxing environment, on the west and windless coast of the island, with the unobstructed and stunning view of the island of Antiparos, the bay of Agia Irini, the sunset and the open sea.
The sandy beach of Agia Irini with its clear waters has one of the best typical tavernas of the island and is a few minutes walk away, right below the house.
The villa belongs to a complex of 9 private holiday villas, in Cycladic style, all independent, with panoramic swimming pool at your feet, pool bar, bbq area, private parking space and heliport.
Description of the villa:
The villa is on two levels: a large double room, a twin room with the possibility of a third bed, a private room with a ceiling fan, 2 private bathrooms with built-in showers in the local style and a cozy open space with a single bed are at the pool level.
On the top level there is a living room with TV and dining area. spectacular sunsets.
The decorative Cycladic style is prominent all around, both in the interior and exterior spaces.
