As it was Easter, very busy but found our own taxi 100 yards from hotel compared to the 10 minute walk advised. Hotel room was also rather hollow, could hear lots of noise from adjacent room/corridors. "

To think that we walked the same paths as Christoper Columbus and crew was humbling and gave us a sense of Sevilla’s role in bridging the new world with the old. The hotel is centrally located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood close to all of the must see destinations. 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Hotel staff are very good, reception, pool and communal areas are all spotless and well organised. Our room was a bit tired and will soon need updating / renovating but the beds were very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent although was very busy after 9.30am - but it was Santa Semana and therefore a busy time. Food in the other hotel restaurants was also very good."
