「Really enjoyed our stay. 」

「No major issues but I have never stayed in a hotel where you can hear peoples conversations in the rooms beside you and every footstep of the people on the floor above you until this! We could not sleep due to all the noise. Our neighbors were not arguing or being loud - just casual conversation could be heard until early morning hours. 」

「It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned. The sheets smelled, the towels were ratty, the toilet was dirty and one of the drinking glasses was covered in greasy fingerprints. It was disgusting. The only good thing was the staff was pleasant.」

「The condo was great for its size and location to a beach. The pools were nice and it’s a secure location. This place could use a deep clean. Dishes all ad to be washed before use, under beads full of dust, and forgotten items. Saw a cockroach on the last day. Also, owner and property management is very slow to respond if there are questions. If we had any issues we would have been in trouble for 24 hours. 」

「Great location. However, rooms were dated and noisy. A/C was loud, walls were thin and neighbors were noisy.」

「Didn’t see a single hotel employee our entire stay. Had to check in using a virtual kiosk. Continental breakfast was limited and pancake maker was out of order. The building entrances were not secure. The hallway smelled bad. The room had stains on the floor, the lampshade, the sheets and bedspread. 」

「The breakfast was pretty good. The man running the breakfast area was on point and pleasant. Couple of issues I had; our room was not exactly clean. There were smudges, dirt and old toothpicks in corners, the bedding had torn corners and worn, the beds were far too tall and I don’t understand how any elderly person would’ve been able to stay there, the bed frames under the bed were collapsing slightly, pull out bed mattress NEEDS to be replaced, a little bit of black mold on the window frames...

「First off, this location double the fee and had money tied up in my bank account. The day before I left on March 30th, they charged me $240.90 and didnt tell me. When i checked out on March 30th they chared me the full amout. 」

「There was a sparsely stocked walgreens across the street my only real comaint was it was super noisy...people woyld walk their dogs along the doors. Making other peoples dogs bark (obviously) and would stabd outside in thevparking lot talking loud as hell all hours of the night」
