「Check in with no frills eg no chat or suggestions on dining etc but fine. Room was so hot - mentioned to reception who said they would look at the thermostat/controller but nothing changed. The blinds are paper so if u need a dark room to sleep, u have no chance! Free tea, coffee. But They had run out of hot chocolate and there was none for the duration of our 3 day stay. 「This is definitely not a "resort" - the description was very misleading. It's this weird place where individual people own the "units" and the front office organizes stays. The front office wanted personal information which I was not comfortable sharing- they are probably going to spam me with sales calls forevermore. The floor in my unit was utterly disgusting- black sticky stuff that made the bottom of my white slippers black. All of the units face a parking lot, and there is nothing...
