"They had a long flight of stairs to climb to our room. Both of us have trouble with stairs. Ad should tell that info. We would not have booked that or made sure we had a ground floor unit. The manager told me that and said I should have called. We had no idea."
Inn on Fall River & Fall River Cabins

"Stayed at four different hotels this trip and the Inn on Fall River was easily the best. Even though it’s considered a 3-star I would rate it 4-5 star because of the location, amenities, and rooms. I don’t normally take baths but that large jet tub took care of sore muscles from hiking RMNP. Loved the fact it was just a few minutes to drive into town. Excellent value for the price!"

"It was located less than i mile from National Park and 1/2 mile from downtown Steamboat. Great Jacuzzi on outdoor deck was clean and worked perfectly. View was excellent and the staff was very responsive and the checkin/checkout was very easy. Highly recommend and we will come back during the Rutting season next year. Lynn & David"
