“Attended an event at the Rose Bowl and this property made everything very convenient. Clean property and great location!”

“The host was super kind and had great communication. The property was very clean and super cute. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood will definitely be booking again”

“The house is nice, conveniently located, and offers private parking and all the necessary amenities. Unfortunately, the shower drain in the master bathroom and the sink in the guest bathroom were partially clogged. Water drained slowly, leaving behind dirty residue from previous use, which made both unpleasant and unsanitary to use. The host promised to send someone the following morning to address these issues, but no one showed up. The host was responsive and communication was great, but……

“Everything was perfect. It was the most quiet and clean place we have stayed in. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and Larry was an exceptional host. We fully intend to stay here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Communication was very good. Any issues were resolved immediately.”

“Pros: cute, clean, and I was able to walk to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Additionally, I was able to walk back from a show at the rose bowl. Communication around the issues I had were responded to quickly. Cons: I paid a LOT of money to stay here for 3 nights. When I got there, it smelled like pot (the next evening they had some air fresheners delivered which was kind). The bed was so squeaky and wobbly it made sleep difficult. The shower didn’t drain well so water pooled up over my……

“Close to the metro and near a great Armenian bakery spot for breakfast. Great neighborhood feel and enjoyed the provided coffee.”

“A delightful home base for visiting Pasedena. Comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located.”

“I called the host and left a voicemail immediately upon arrival when I found the Swim Spa disabled, empty, moldy. The spa has since been removed in the property description. I asked for a return call ASAP-before unpacking. No call was returned. The yard had cigarette butts and smashed cereal as well as old-damaged fencing etc. spread around the property, as well as a broken bench, wishing well and a large picnic table minus the glass top. The top was replaced with a piece of plywood. Handles……

“I truly enjoyed my stay here! Everything you might need for either a short visit or a longer stay is thoughtfully provided. The area is peaceful and easy to explore, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy.”

“Very good 👌 👍”

“This is a great place. Perfect location for our visit. We had our little dog with us and didn’t worry at all as the yard is fully fenced. Well appointed and nicely decorated. With friends and family in the area, would totally book this property again. ”

“We had a great stay in LA at this property. Great location for a Dodgers game, and incredibly thorough and attentive hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Erin and Kristian!”

“オーナーの方にチェックインについて確認をすると、チェックイン1時間前に詳細情報をいただくことができました。 部屋は綺麗に掃除が行き届いており、臭いもありませんでした。飲み物やスナック類も置いてあり、また洗濯洗剤も用意してくれてあったので大変助かりました。 ホテル並みのホスピタリティに感動いたしました。 駐車場も部屋の目の前にあり周りの環境もよく安心して滞在できました。 ぜひまた利用したい宿泊施設です。”
