「Booked a double room for our 9 hour layover in Singapore. You definitely are paying for convenience - the cost for a 6 hour stay was pricey. Came to my surprise when we arrived at check in that we had to pay an additional S$70 for a third adult in our double room - which they said they would bring extra amenities for and didn’t. You would think that with how much you’re paying you’ll at least get shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand/body lotion in the bathroom, however they only provide an...

「Good value」

「keep away from this hotel red lights every where, manager is awfull stuff are terrible , they rude , you need to ask for clean towls , to fix ur bed etc etc my stay there was horrible ,noisy you can hear every thing in ur room never quite even nights the walls are paper thin , you cannot relax for a minute unless you go outside ..its not cheap this hotel look elsewhere scip this HOTEL you will regret it ..」

「friendly and helpful staff」

「hair dryer, phone are defective. Air con wind outlet is dirty.」

「Na」

「The hotel itself is in a very good location and convenient to access the city. There are lot of shops and malls around, with the Joo Chiat Complex just next door. However, a lot of basic things needed improvement: 1) I had booked this hotel because according to brochures it had free onsite covered parking. I tried to contact the hotel through Hotels.com app to confirm the parking arrangement, but no one responded. Even after Hotels.com tried to contact them on my behalf, they did not respond. 2)...

「Ver clean and comfortable room, Breakfast with a wide range of food and drinks, highly recommend it!」
