The hotel is in an excellent location, in the old town. Has a cafe restaurant attached and is close to other restaurants and all the historic attractions in Passau.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück was absolute Spitze, reichhaltig und vielfältig. Der Wellness Bereich sehr ruhig und angenehm- es war ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt.

Zimmer Da ich spät anreiste auf Grund der Deutschen Bahn 2 h Verspätung, konnte ich erst 20:30 Uhr im Hotel sein. Keine wie üblich hotelrezeption war in einem Café Musste warten bissige Bediensteten einen Moment Zeit für mich hatten. Wurde mehrmals gefragt ob ich im richtigen Hotel bin . Es gab da wohl Unsicherheiten mit der Zimmerbuchung. Ich bekam ein kleines Zimmer direkt am Lift . Dies war nicht die Kategorie die ich gebucht hatte. 😕

Ein besonderes Hotel in Mitten der Einkaufsstraße von Passau. Ein gelungener Mix zwischen Altbau und Modern. Die Dusche im Zimmer scheint erst gewöhnungsbedürftig, ist aber gar nicht so. Ist sonst eher ein Blickfang durch die Fliesen. Und der Wellnessbereich im Dachgeschoss ist schon ein Highlight. Sieht man gerade in so einem Gebäude nicht oft. Und auch die Optik mit dem vielen Holz ist sehr gemütlich. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen

Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich gut: Die Lokation (stilvoll, gemütlich, mit offenem Kamin-Feuer), stets freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, die Auswahl und Qualität der angebotenen Speisen und Getränke ist super (Ausnahme: Kaffeespezialitäten außer dem normalen Filterkaffee sind nicht in der Frühstückspauschale enthalten). - Der Poolbereich ist nett gestaltet, allerdings ist der Pool mit 9m Länge deutlich kleiner, als er auf der Webseite erscheint. Das Zimmer (209) ist interessant eingerichtet (2024 renoviert), aber ebenfalls sehr klein, insbesondere die knapp 1qm große WC-Abtrennung. Kein abgetrenntes Badezimmer, kein Kleiderschrank, kein kleiner (Schreib-) Tisch und kein Stuhl. Zu Zweit oder/und für längere Zeit für mich kommt da keine Folge-Buchung mehr in Frage.

Eigentlich hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof gebucht , hatten dann aber leider ein Zimmer zur Einkaufsmeile bekommen. Das Bett war bequem nur die Dusche war ohne Beleuchtung. Da es sehr warm war mussten wir Nachts die Fenster öffnen ab 4:00 nicht mehr an ruhigen schlaf zu denken. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern jedoch ruhiger. Leider war auch kein Tisch im Zimmer und nicht viel Platz zum Aufhängen unserer Klamotten. Für 1 Nacht ok aber für länger schwierig. Wellnesbereich ok ... Schwimmbecken nur für 2 Personen ansonsten wird es sehr eng . Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal stehts sehr freundlich.

Es tut mir leid, aber es war insgesamt einfach schlecht. Zum positiven: Das Zimmer wirkte sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön gestaltet. Das Frühstückslokal sieht nett aus, ich kann es aber nicht beurteilen, da ich nicht frühstücke. Lage: Fußgängerzone, sehr zentral, dafür nicht anfahrbar. Aber. Weder bei An- noch Abreise hilft jemand mit dem Gepäck oder hält auch nur die Tür auf, eine recht kleine und recht schwere Tür, ich kam mir schön blöd vor, wie ich sie mit einem Fuß aufgehalten und währenddessen mit dem anderen meinen kleinen Koffer durchgeschoben habe. Der Weg draußen zur Tür ist mit Cafétischen vollgestellt, man kommt (selbst wenn keiner draußen sitzt) kaum durch. Der Wellnessbereich - letztlich USP für genau dieses Hotel in der Passauer Altstadt - ist schön, aber das hilft leider nichts, wenn die Sauna während der schon recht kurzen Betriebszeiten nicht mal lauwarm ist. Das Zimmer sah auf der Buchungsseite hübscher aus, da kann man nichts machen (es wurde wohl ein anderes der gleichen Kategorie zugeteilt), aber die Einrichtung ist einfach eine Fehlplanung. Es gibt keinen Tisch, man kann kaum etwas aufhängen außer direkt vor dem Spiegel und das "Bad" ist im Zimmer integriert, ohne vernünftige Ablagefläche oder Haken für Handtücher. Für die Bedienung der Dusche muss man eine fortgeschrittene Ausbildung mitbringen. Der angekündigte Hund wurde mit 20 € berechnet, dafür stand nicht einmal eine Schüssel für ihn bereit. Für über 180€/Nacht nicht akzeptabel. Schade.

Tolles Hotel mit großartigem Design und viel Liebe zum Detail. Hochwertige Materialien, ein sehr bequemes Bett und insgesamt ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Wellnessbereich war super, auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Allerdings war unser Zimmer sehr klein, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und auch die Toilette ist sehr beengt und nur für sehr schlanke Menschen benutzbar.

Super gelegenes, toll saniertes Haus in Passau

Sehr guter Service, unkomplizierter Zimmertausch nach der ersten Nacht, da das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung stand (?). Ein toller Wellnessbereich und das sehr gute Frühstück dürfen nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Gutes Parkhaus ca. 300m.
