“Staff more than courteous, and the food there, at night, was delicious. The morning breakfast was also superlative, and the shuttle to the airport most helpful. I would recommend highly.”

“The staff was amazing, especially Andrea. We arrived at the hotel pretty late, after a long day of traveling, I was in a pretty bad mood from a terrible flight and lack of sleep. But when we walked in door and Andrea greeted us with a warm smile, it felt like coming home, and instantly improved my mood. She did everything she could do ensure we were happy. If anyone from the Best Western Corporate Office reads this review, I hope you know you have a real winner in Andrea.”

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……

“Stay at the department next to the main department. Poor and unstable wifi and log out after 9pm. Small bathroom and dirty toilet board. Old lift in the department.”

“This hotel was wonderful. Great breakfast and clean rooms. The metro buses are nearby and we were able to easily navigate all the places we wanted to see in Rome during our six day stay. Two buses stop directly across the street and several more stopped three blocks away. Many nearby shops including a laundromat with same day service. Our first night we asked for a recommendation on restaurants. Ristorante Scarpone was a nearby option they recommended. It was fabulous! We would stay at this……
