Villas in Pathadumbara

"The villa was pretty nice, bathrom notvthe best, view was sensatiomal! There was a lot of oroblems! Firsly itcwas very difficult to access the property, we arrived late, we expected to have dinner at a restaurant, instead most of us had cold melas thst were ordered in hours b4! Some were returned to be reheated! It was the worse dinner i have ever had! The compkaint was mot gandled, i emailed the iwner an drexeived mp response! We also post some of our packibg bags we used to fet laundry done!...

"Our stay at Heuvel villa was nothing short of perfect!! The villa surpassed expectations in terms of how comfortably, stylish and well located it was. Warren was exceptionally attentive and the chef made a delicious breakfast for us every morning considering our dietary requests. We loved exploring Kandy and nearby Knuckles mountains on this trip and look forward to coming back again!"

"Our family of 5 arrived at the villa at 630pm tired and hoping for a good night rest. Pressed the bell and knocked on the door before someone came down from the villa. Realised they werent aware there is a booking for the night's stay! We had to wait for a good one hour before that poor caretaker sort out the stay wt the owner for our booking and then cleaned the rooms. No service recovery and no apologies by the owner at all. Utterly disappointed! "
