Fantastic mountain top resort hotel. Comfortable suites, great staff and nice restaurant. Access can be tricky as the road is very narrow and challenging to navigate even for local taxi and tuk drivers. But once you get to the place it is paradise on earth!

朝食メニューは品数もあり、美味しいでした。夕食も美味しかったですが、ランチで利用すると、同じメニューでも夕食の時とボリュームが違ったり、美味しくなかったりしました。ランチはウエイターにちょっと面倒そうな扱いをされたのが残念でした。部屋からの景色は森に囲まれており、山が見えて大変綺麗でした。ただ、その眺望だけに車でグルグルと坂道を登った先にホテルが立ち、KANDYの街からは離れていて、不便な立地です。街をぶらぶらして買い物をしたいと思っても気軽に行けないです。屋外プールは森と山を眺めながら、大変綺麗な水で泳げて気持ちが良かったです。

This is a very nice modern hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff all excellent and breakfast was great too. Lovely infinity pool. The hotel is right at the top of a mountain so access is a bit tricky but the views are stunning. We were informed that the hotel didn’t have a liquor licence. However, they can actually sell wine and beer - it would have been helpful to know that.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay at Fox Kandy and could not be happier with the experience. The room, hotel, facilities and grounds were spotless. Thank you Yasim for looking after our room. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and ate at the hotel on two nights, the food for all meals was really good quality. Special mention to all the staff who were all polite and courteous and were always on hand to help. Thank you all and we hope to stay again in the future.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, the views are outstanding, property is very clean and modern and the restaurant has a very menu that can suit anyone’s taste buds. The only thing negative was the road to get up the hill to reach the top, so may twist and turns, narrow road and many trucks and cars to get by, but the view is definitely worth the ride up.

Beautiful room in a lovely hotel located at the top of a hill overlooking Kandy. The hospitality shown in this hotel is 5*. Dinner is buffet style and was lovely freshly cooked local dishes. The breakfast was also really good. Highly recommend this hotel. One word of warning. The road to the hotel on Google Maps is steep and windy. The better route is coming behind Kandy hospital

First: das Hotel hat smart TVs in den Zimmern mit Amazon Prime (über den eigenen Account). Die Fahrt zum Hotel ist nicht ganz so einfach. Es liegt weiter oben auf einem Berg. Allerdings für einen geübten Fahrer machbar. Die Aussicht ist super. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich. Eine gute Dusche. In der Minibar ist zusätzlich zum Wasser kostenpflichtig Red Bull, Schokolade und Nüsse. Zudem bietet das Hotel eine Shisha (allerdings mit Aluminium) an. Das Servicepersonal leider zu einem großen Teil nicht besonders aufmerksam. Hier müsste ich über eine halbe Stunde auf Rührei warten, da ich nicht beim Stand warten sollte und man vergaß es mir zubringen . Müsste also nachgefragt werden. Beim Frühstück a lancarte sagten wir extra das wir nicht viel Hunger haben und nur 2-3 bestimmte Sachen wollen. Wir bekamen die ganze Palette und es mussten viele Lebensmittel weggeworfen werden.
