"We stayed here for a visit to the Taj Mahal. Unfortunately the room booked was very dirty and cleanliness was an issue. Dirty pillow covers and bathroom. We reported immediately and cleaners were sent, however this wasn't a great first impression. Eventually our room was changed to a bigger cleaner room with a view of the Taj Mahal, which was a nice gesture.
If visiting the Taj Mahal it's a convenient location and only 5mins ride in a rickshaw. "

"The restaurant in the second floor needs a major update. The chairs are very dirty.
The carpets in our room was dirty as well.
In general the hotel is semi clean, there are a lot of parts that you can tell they have not clean for a long time. Like the floors and doors in the elevators.
Our room was very clean except for the carpet, but the staff is very nice and helpful.

"Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra.
Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money.
Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations.
Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well!
We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "
