Great location
This is my second time stayed this hotel, the location is good, close to the beach, bars and restaurants but not noisy at all, the only concern is some Mosquitos in the room.

整體好壞參半，優點是酒店清優寧靜位置鄰近沙灘和夜市，缺點係冲凉水壓很弱，很難調節暖水，房間冷氣超級凍已經叫人上來整過都係一樣冇分別，開露台門又有蚊，所以只能冷氣要開一陣之後熄一陣，電視機信號差完全睇唔到有等於冇，廁所燈昏暗，可能係舊翼關係設備比較殘舊，希望新翼冇呢種情況·

酒店相片是騙人的，到達那裡根本就不是這樣， 房間看出去的景觀是大樓，跟大樓就是連在一起，所以很壓迫的感覺， 房間打掃好像沒有完成，地下有頭髮，地是黏黏的，給人很不乾淨的感覺， 員工又不專業，check in的時候一直要我到email找入住憑証發到酒店的email,才能查到入住資料，出外旅行從沒試過， 員工態度也很差，就好像不想招呼你一樣， 酒店早餐很難吃，如果相比其他泰國酒店 ，選擇實在太少了， 酒店整體太壓迫，不能放鬆，被相片騙到，下次不會再入去

It’s very close to beach and in a walkable distance from the city centre as well as the biggest shopping centre. The room was nice but the pool of the pool access room does not worth the extra price. It is merely a shallow pool which cannot swim inside. No one would swim at that small pool instead the big one shared with all other residents. Disappointed that the hotel did not provide a king size bed as we booked. We have to stay at double room with two separate beds for the first two nights. Overall, the hotel was nice and I would recommend to others, yet not the pool access rooms.

位於巴東海灘較北的位置，去Jungceylon商場及Bangla路步行距離比較遠（15分鐘)，離海灘南端的往布吉市公共巴士站有30分鐘步行人距離。 房間位於離大街較遠一方，相對寧靜。 房間有露台，可方便休息或晾乾衣物。 酒店大門向海灘方向20m有便利店，相反方向步行至Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort外有Value Plus 找換店。

staffs are friendly
i stayed at nap patong half year ago and this is the 2nd time i stayed at this hotel (after half year). i am very surprised that the staff recognized me once i arrived to the hotel, i feel very warm and sweet. very nice and cozy room with great service, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. 2 - 3 mins walk to patong beach, family mart just next to the hotel.

大致不錯, 行去芭東巿都是10分鐘, 出海灘只是3分鐘 可惜的是他們話會送蛋糕給我生日的朋友最後沒有送,雖然明白是extra service, 但因他們話送, 所以我沒有準備, 少了點驚喜!!

酒店籬巴東沙灘很近，離江西冷購物中心有段距離，不過附近有兩家便利商店都西也都很好買，房間整理得很乾淨，只是冷氣有點不太冷但不至於熱，可是如果到˙7-8月還是這樣的話，可能會熱到受不了。

Disappointed, better options close by.
Couldn't check in until after 3 which was a pain after a long flight. Slight mouldy smell in the room from the aircon, showerhead also had mouldy. Wouldn't stay there again given the other choices close by.

整潔方便離沙灘不遠
我入住這酒店共４個晚上，酒店離沙灘約步行３至５分路程，附近商店林立，有餐廳、酒吧和按摩院等等非常方便。酒店員工友善和樂意協助，早餐雖然選擇不多但味道可以且每天有更换個别款式。值得一提是，員工對客人之資料要正確不要錯誤輸入電腦。另酒店使用之運輸公司必須檢討，事源是我在23/1/2018早上向酒店員工訂車在24/1/2018中午12:30送我們到布吉国際機場，但車子要到中午12:50在酒店再三致電催促才到達酒店。酒店員工亦未有應变計劃，這方面需要检討。

Nice and beautiful resort !
Super friendly and nice staff, always said Sawasdeeka to us. Room was large, clean, and look the same as the photo we saw in the internet. King bed was nice and soft. The hotel is not far from the beach. Will still choose this hotel if I got a chance to go back to Phuket ! :)

staffs are super nice and friendly. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was under construction but it doesnt really matter cause it was really close to the beach. However, we found a cockroach on the balcony one day, but overall the hotel is pretty nice .
