“I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast.”

“Please avoid this property at all costs. There were mouse droppings in the room. The cleaning staff did not clean the room when requested. The hotel does not ahve enough linen for all the rooms. Also the hotel does not have enough Towels as well. I came back to my room one afternoon and found that the hand towels were missing. The cleaning staff had come in and taken away all the hand towels, probably they were needed in another room. The Reception staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast……

“The staff was very polite however,, the room we stayed in was pet friendly in which we were not aware of and when we arrived the smell was horrible and we were told it was because of the carpet cleaning. The carpet was wet our entire four day stay. The sheets were damp so we had to use the hairdryer to dry them ourselves. Light bulb was out in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was not conducive for showering. We were in a handicapped accessible room and we did not need that. By……

“Arrived and checked in. Was given a room that hadn't been cleaned at all. Trash everywhere, beds pulled apart, dirty towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk and was given a new room. After a few hours I was in bed and my room door was opened and the employee came in my room. Did not knock just enter my room. I had to go to the front desk and ask why that happened. He said that I wasnt suppose to be in that room and I should have already checked out!! Then he proceeded to let me leave……

“For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her. If you're looking for economic lodging for the night I'd recommend it. If you're looking for the grand hotel experience,……
