As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there are 2 double beds.
The third bedroom contains a queen bed.
There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower.
Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
Conditions for short stays of less than 29 days
Electricity is included in the price up to 50 KWH per day to avoid abuse.
Beyond that, the KWH will be charged 7 THB/KWH
WATER AND ALL HOUSE SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
A DEPOSIT OF 1,000 THB IS REQUIRED FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 29 DAYS AND WILL BE REFUNDED ON DEPARTURE

Conditions for long stays of more than 29 days
For long stays, electricity is included up to 50 kw/day. Beyond that we charge 7 thb/kw.
We will take a meter reading on arrival and departure and if there is a surplus, we will charge it as a deduction from the deposit.
The amount of the deposit is 5,000 THB for long stays refundable on your departure.
There is a private swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment!

Overall Excellent
Excellent place to stay, my only complaint was the Air conditioning on the main floor, It never got cool so I just used the fans but the bedrooms stay nice and cool so that was all that mattered to me really.
The property owner was great, she met me there on time and even offered to deliver food for us, but we ate out mostly.
It’s only about 15 minutes by taxi to the beach, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again, also there is a 7-11 that’s only a couple minute walk which is nice.
I definitely enjoyed nice morning swim in the pool, very relaxing.
