Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Normally i would go out of my way to give a good review, however this is not the case. 1st check in was horrible. Communication with the owners/ Manager was horrible. Had to wait out by the guards in the heat for hours! Second the room is tiny with horrible bed and the couch is horrible. The tv in the room doesn't work. The coffee pot was filthy, Definitely the owners are not concerned about the clients at all..... The tv on the 31st floor also doesn't work. Pool no towels, your room barely provides any towels, the shower is super slippery. If you need anything good luck on trying to get anything fixed or resolved with management or owner! You can go across the street and find a much better deal in person. I would stay away from renting here period!!!
