Expedia charged me top rate to include breakfast. But the hotel were told no breakfast included. Therefore I had to pay again for breakfast making it a very expensive holiday. 520bht crazy for breakfast in Thailand in an average hotel

Staff really friendly, clean, adequate price. Breakfast food good. We personally liked the location. Not in the busy area, but good connection when you have a motorcycle to jump on to then go and explore the city. Shower detached itself from the wall, but I called the reception and they send a handyman to fix it so no problem there. There was only one thing i didnt like, I was told I couldnt take coffee to my room after breakfast, a little shame as I like to take time drinking my cup of coffee :( but its a small personal thing i guess... Other than that I totally recommend it. Have a great stay!

Sewer issue. Stink from sink and elsewhere. Breakfast bad- saw worker pick a dead mosquito out of an egg and leave egg for customer. Saw a RAT run through the lobby- worker laughed.

Bad experience never happens in my entire life.

Rooms are old, specially 815, it was dirty, toliet didnt clean when i checked in, used towels, Have bed bugs jumping on pillow, also lots of mosquitoes and ants inside toliet. Bed light was flashing after a hour moved in, tv signal is bad, so i requested to change to another room. Another room is better, but have worms, mosquitoes and the TV will turn off automatically after few hours. So I basically couldn’t sleep for whole night. That’s the reason i moved to stay in another hotel next day. Besides,the slippers are rubber materials which is not the 1 time paper slipper, so better bring your own slippers. However the breakfast is ok even though not many choices.

The entire staff was very kind and we loved their hospitality. Beds are super comfy and the poolside room was perfect. The hotel location is great being only a few blocks from the beach and the new Terminal 21 mall across the street.

何も設備等で困ることはなかったです。 受付の方は翻訳機で色々教えてくださりました。そして、泥酔した私をタクシーから降りたら車椅子で部屋まで送ってくれました（笑） その件は何もホテルに連絡してなかったのでタクシー運転手さんが気を効かしてホテルに連絡してくれたのだと思います。次の日も大丈夫ですか？とホテルマンに声をかけて頂きました。恥ずかしい。 隣にもカフェ等が並び、ターミナル21も歩いていけます！ シャワーの水圧は弱めでしたがタイでは良くあることなので気にならないです。

静かでとても過ごしやすいホテルでした。我が家の好きな雰囲気の木目調のホテルで、ヴィラのような作りがとても好みでした！ 欧米人のバカンスの人が多く過ごしていたと思います。 北バスターミナルからもほぼ一本道、パタヤビーチへも歩いていけます。近くに、ターミナル21というショッピングモールもあるので夕飯も軽く済ませるのに、とても便利でした。 ただ，プールの水質が気になったので、ここが改善されるとパーフェクトだと思います！ また機械があれば利用したいと思いました。
