The top floor has 2 bedrooms and a hall bath with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. There is an enclosed outside shower on the ground level along with covered parking for two cars. Guests have access to the Compass Point pool and Litchfield by the Sea amenities including tennis/pickleball courts, fishing lake, private access to miles of beach.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
