“Beautiful hotel set in picturesque, well maintained grounds. Staff were very welcoming and efficient. Excellent for a stop over before or after the channel crossing. Pool was clean and lovely and the breakfast was excellent and great value. 5 stars all round.”

“The management staff was very understanding about my having left with the apartment key still in my pocket. They quickly came up with a solution, which was for me to mail the keyback. I was very concerned about this because by the time I discovered the problem, I was 30 miles away on my bicycle tour and not easily able to return. But they were great.”

“I arrived late, 10pm on the 8th July because of problems on the euro tunnel. The restaurant was very busy, the staff working flat out. They still served me a nice dinner. I really did appreciate that.”
