Beautiful holiday home

The house is very modern and has great amenities. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful vacation. Everything was exactly as described. The owner was very hospitable, always approachable, and the service was excellent. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!

Schönes, großes Haus, ruhig gelegen, mitten in der Natur.

Schönes, großes Haus, ruhig gelegen, mitten in der Natur. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Falls doch wäre der Vermieter sofort erreichbar gewesen. Dieser ist sehr sehr nett und sehr gastfreundlich. Der große Pool mit Dusche war ideal für unsere Kinder.Das einzige was wir etwas bemängeln, ist die Weite zum Meer. Man braucht dann doch mit dem Auto 35-45min um hin zukommen. Wen das nicht stört und etwas Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. In Pazin (5min mit dem Auto) gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Aktivitäten (ZIP-Line, Wandern, Grotte, Wasserfall).

Tolle Villa, die Bilder lügen nicht!!! Super Ausstattung! Sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich sofort kümmert, wenn etwas nicht funktionieren sollte. Die Lage, in der Nähe der Autobahn, ermöglicht Ausflüge in alle Richtungen von Istrien. Allerdings hört man die Straße manchmal ein wenig, wenn der Wind falsch weht. Pazin mit Supermärkten und Tankstellen ist schnell erreicht. Zum Wasserfall des Flusses Pazinski potok kann man sogar zu Fuß laufen (wenn man will). Pazin mit dem Kastell ist auch eine schöne Stadt. Alles in Allem: ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.

Gesamtbewertung: Aufgrund der Lage, der Ausstattung und der sehr freundlichen Betreuung durch den Gastgeber (und Eigentümer) Sandi Tominic auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen gerne wieder! VILLA: Man fährt von der Autobahn ab und ist innerhalb weniger Minuten bei der Villa: Alleine schon die Zufahrt zur Villa durch eine wunderbare sanfte Hügellandschaft lässt einen ruhiger werden und dann sieht man schon das Einfahrtstor. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist modern und sehr gut gepflegt, wenn man bedenkt, dass hier immer "fremde" Leute für eine kurze Zeit wohnen - sehr beachtlich! Wir hatten sehr viel an zusätzlichen Küchengeräten mit, da nicht ganz klar war, was letztendlich vorhanden ist und was nicht. Z.B. hatten wir einen Food Processor und einen Blender mit, der in der Ausstattung nicht vorhanden war. Da wir aber sehr viel selbst kochen wollten, war das eine gute Ergänzung. Außerdem hatten wir noch unsere Nespresso Maschine mit, da wir keine Filter Kaffee Trinker sind. Was für uns ein bisschen ein Thema war, ist die Tatsache, dass entgegen der Angaben auf der Website, dass das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist, leider an der Frontseite Richtung Straße nur eine Hecke - aber kein Zaun - vorhanden ist. Das hat für unseren Familienhund bedeutet, dass er die längste Zeit an der Schleppleine gesichert war, da der nächste gelegene Nachbar auch einen Hund hat - und die beiden sich scheinbar näher kennen lernen wollten :-)! Ich habe bei der Hausübergabe das Thema mit Sandi Tominic gleich besprochen und er hat angedeutet, dass er die Frontseite absehbar auch mit einem Zaun ausstatten möchte. OFFENER GRILLRAUM: sicher das Highlight unseres Urlaubs. Wir haben dort sowohl gefrühstückt als auch Mittag-und Abendessen genossen. Der offene Grill und die ebenso dort vorhandenen zwei Kochplatten bilden eine außergewöhnliche Outdoor-Küche! Und was man nicht vergessen darf: Man sitzt quasi im Freien mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den Pool und die Natur, ABER man wird dabei nicht von der Sonne "verbrannt" UND wenn es dann Abend wird und die Luft deutlich abkühlt sitzt man in diesem an drei Seiten geschützten Raum und spürt die herrliche Wärme des offenen Kamins! TOP! Zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Pazin kann man nur sagen: die Supermärkte Plodine und Lidl geben einem alles, was man braucht und die sehr guten Fleischhauer haben sehr faire Preise bei sensationeller Fleischqualität!

Die Villa Zamari ist wunderschön.

Die Villa Zamari ist wunderschön. Wir waren mit sechs Kindern und vier Erwachsenen leider nur eine Woche dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Villa bietet einfach alles was man für einen Familien-Freunde-Urlaub braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, eine Klimaanlage und einen Fernseher. Die Betten sind super bequem und insgesamt waren das Haus und das Grundstück sehr sauer und gepflegt. Es gibt nichts, was nicht super gewesen ist. Danke für die großartige Gastfreundschaft.
