「Two days for a birthday weekend in Brighton. Really nice little hotel, clean rooms, well-located for all the main attractions and plus a cosy bar. Friendly staff. Perfect and just what we wanted」

「Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. 」

「I have stayed here a few times now and on this occasion I stayed in room 6. It was incredibly hot, even with the heating off and window open and to add to that with the window open the kitchen fans outside would come on, along with the odd employee having a break outside and chatting and this was at around 10pm, so could be disruptive from a noise point of view. However, the place is very clean, comfy beds, food is excellent, as is the service. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. ...

「Very much enjoyed our one night stay last weekend. Easy access and good communication when I did not receive the initial instructions to get me sorted. Spacious room, lovely decor, in great condition and clean. Liked the toiletries and liked the included orange juice and porridge pots. Also very much enjoyed the cafe just a few steps away after checking out. Our room was over the front of the bistro so there was some noise from the busy Saturday night bistro below, but it was quite around 11 so...

「The location of hotel is good and you can find various shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars just around. The view outside is nice as you can see the sea at a walkable distance. You can also enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the cafe at beach. The indoor design is warm. However the heater did not provide enough heat and the hot water supply at bathroom is not stable. There is no lift and you may evaluate if you can take a big luggage upstairs although I guess you can ask for a room at lower...

「Excellent value for money , room was large, large comfy bed with TV and sofa. Mini kitchen with kettle,sink,hob,microwave and fridge. En suite bath with shower. Towels provided.I only booked for the one night but would have happily stayed a week. Yes there was the odd hair and a bit of dust in places but on the whole it was clean. Its a bit dated but wouldn't expect anything less being an old building. I'd definitely be booking again.」
