「Good but advertised a private hottub and that was false it was a large bathtub..」

「Pool shut down. Did not see any notice in listing that there was a resort charge. Lots of nickel and diming with this property. Parking fee was outrageous at nearly $100 for a two night stay. Beware of all the huge add in fees」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「The rooms were very clean. We loved the fireplace and access to the trails nearby. The location is amazing because you can be near anything you need within 3-5 minutes. I really liked how they had extra garage bags, cleaning supplies for dishes and an onsite washer/dryer. We visited from Tennessee and loved having the humidifiers in every bedroom. 「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」
