格蘭德薑欣市梨園酒店住宿推介

「The room smells so bad.very old building 」

「First time I have ever felt physically unsafe at a hotel. Another guest was given a key card and tried to access our room while we were sleeping. Very very unnerving to have someone try to come into your room while you are asleep. Then got a call from the front desk clearly not knowing who we were or why we were in that room. Went down to discuss what happened. Received an apology, but never an explanation on how/why they gave another guest a key to our room. Eventually decided to not...

「Black hair by mattress, Used tissue at both sides of bed between mattress and headboard. Two light bulbs not working. AC Thermostat loose on wall. Dust on Headboard and Light fixtures. Stains in corners of bathtub/wall. Room could be nice with better housekeeping and maintenance. Only stayed one night. Left message of issues with clerk at checkout so future negative reviews can be avoided.」

「Convenience」

「Good place 」

「Nice, comfortable hoetl.」

It is directly next to Wendy’s, but I wouldn’t walk to anything else. It felt safe to sit outside at night on the bench. The staff was very friendly and the property was well maintained and clean, and the rooms were clean, even the beds and bathrooms passed our inspections. There are plenty of towels provided for 3 of us, working small fridge & microwave. Parking...

「The building itself is genuinely neat—an old hotel that’s been around a long time, with that funky, kitschy character you don’t find in newer places. That part I liked. The check-in process, however, was frustrating. They send a text with a link, but I didn’t receive it until right before check-in. Worse, you cannot actually tap and open links inside a text message the way you can in email. I had to copy the entire text into another app just to extract the link. Anyone who doesn’t know that...

「不错的选择 宠物友好」

「Basic room. No elevators was awful as we had a ton of stuff.」

「Everything about it was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was superb. Our room was on the first floor and it opened up on to a lovely large patio with tables and chairs. The place is a gem!!!」
