「Great location. Short walk downtown. Beautifully decorated adorable unit! Very inviting. The host is wonderful! He welcomed us with a goodie bag and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. He was very responsive when we had a few questions. Meticulous attention to detail. Exceptionally clean and with tons of well-thought-out storage. Loved our stay here! Thank you. 」

「The AC was on 80 in one of the units. When we called, they said they would send a tech out on Monday. There were fingernails in the bed. The check in process for the rental company was quite daunting. Wouldn’t stay again.」

「Great space for a stay with my husband and our dog. Spacious first floor condo with small patio and shaded park right across the street. Multiple restaurants and shops in the area. Walkable to beach and old Towne shopping and restaurants. Host was easy to reach and work with. Enjoyed taking our fur baby for walks around the neighborhood.」

「We chose Sunshine oaks because of proximity to our grandson. Was a quick 15 min drive to get him for our daily visits. Sunshine oaks was the perfect size for my husband and I alone, but also roomy enough for our son daughter in law and grandson to hang out with us. I loved that the pool was so close to the unit, and clean! The area was very quiet and safe feeling. We will definitely recommend and stay again!」
