"The cottage, while small and clearly only for two, is light and airy and very well appointed. The view is exactly as seen in the listing; we spent quite a bit of time in the pictured chairs. The host is outstanding in communication and ensuring all is going well. Rockport is a lovely seaport town with plenty of shops and restaurants. We used the cottage for a quick getaway and it worked perfectly for us. Very grateful to the host."

The location is perfect for a couple or single looking to unwind in a beautifully landscaped, private studio apartment. "Great little beach house in Rockport and very central for exploring Rockport and Gloucester. Would definitely stay here again. One warning, there is no a/c as listed and even though it’s on the beach you’re still a block away from the water so if it was toasty at night it would be quite warm for sleeping in my opinion. With fans we did just fine but it was pretty warm the first night we were there."
