「Buena estancia, buena ubicación en el downtown; sin embargo tuvimos una muy mala experiencia en el restaurante Rosalie ya que su host nos trató muy mal (existió discriminación de su parte) y la mesera en represaría (por apoyo al host) no nos sirvió lo que pedimos. Una lástima que por 2 personas manchen el trabajo y la marca que un equipo de muchas personas procura día a día 」

「Super nice hotel! Booked it because it was close to Texas Orthopedic Hospital. So glad cuz it was very convenient. Room layout was cute and different than all the other places I’ve stayed before. Nice hot showers,too! 」

「Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...

「Good - Friendly Staff. Great breakfast.Clean. Not so good - Pool was ice cold. Jets in Jacuzzi didn't work but water was hot. Couldn't see out our window from our room, it was full of condensation. Disappointment. 」

If really want to be picky, I found the sound from corridor could be heard easily. Also, some guys were drinking and talking (loudly) in the parking lot.」
