"Arrived and the pool was not functioning as a pool technician had just left. My kids were not happy they had to wait a day to swim and we paid a lot of money. I then asked for compensation to be told flat out no. On the last day I asked again and they gave us $30 bucks to put towards scooters but still not good enough. "

"Best stay we ever hade so far in all our travels. The Villa is insane and even better then in the pictures. Everything was very clean and pretty. The staff was fantastic, they were kind, efficient and the hoste was always there to help us with our questions. The emplacement was also perfect, next to the modt beautiful beaches in Bali and a perfect view from the roof top on the ocean and the sunset. Thank you so much, we will come back for sure next time we are in Bali."

"Pros The staff are very friendly and attentive. Communication is easy with the property manager. The villa is spacious and beds are comfortable each room has a bathroom, it's we'll set out and everyone get there own space. Cons The photos on the site are very old and don't show the current condition of the property.. Unfortunately there are just too many things to overlook. The water cooler gave my husband and electric shock, there are no filters for the coffee machine so stuff just poures...
