「The staff was super friendly and apartment was overall very clean. The only challenge was there is no lift and our apartment was on 3rd floor. Okta was excellent helping us to checkin early morning 4am and also during checkout. I would recommend this apartment. The location was excellent right in the middle of Ubud centre and around tourist attractions so easy access by walk.」

「Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
