Welcome to our Peconic home, our home away from home. We invite you to stay in our air conditioned home in the quaint hamlet of Peconic Shores, a short walk to the Long Island Sound and Goldsmith's inlet. The cottage comes complete with linens, beach and bathroom towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

We know you will enjoy our outdoor spaces unwinding on our side patio or rear deck, showering in the outdoor shower or toasting marshmallows at the fire pit. The backyard is truly an oasis and makes you feel like your are a million miles away from reality. We also have tons of board games, life jackets, sand shoes and 2 kayaks on premises for your enjoyment.

Relax on our beautiful patio while you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, etc.

Close proximity to all! Greenport Brewery, Hampton Jitney, Cochran Park, playgrounds, track, tennis and pickle ball courts and wineries all within a mile!
