"The staff/service was excellent. Rooms were clean and good size for Europe. The location was great, breakfast was great, staff was helpful in all ways possible and the free tour was fun. I will def stay here again."

"We have been to this hotel on 3 separate occasions. The rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Reception is available 24hrs. No matter what time of the day or night you arrive, you’ll always find someone there to help you. We would definitely come back again. They do offer breakfast, but we never tried it."

"Great staff, great room, and GREAT location. Room cleaned every other day. Great restaurant recommendations from the front desk. AC worked great on some really hot days. You’re close to nearly everything worth seeing in the city. Tour pickup was a three minute walk. 5 minute walk to a very nice market where everything there is made in Portugal."

"We loved staying here! As it’s located above a train station, getting anywhere by public transport was so easy. We were very surprised at how good the noise cancelling was in the rooms. The hotel itself was clean, the room had nice touches to it and I loved the rustic decor. Would happily stay here again when in Lisbon."

"We were walking distance to amenities.grocery store. The space was large, no just the room. The eating areas, the lounging areas though there were other people in the hospitalhostat the same time. Very spacious and something I enjoyed compared to many other hostels where you feel a little confined. There are stairs . Bring your towel. Beds comfortable and windows open. Though we didn't have an opportunity to do the breakfast we had to check out. We did get to see the space. There's an orange juice maker, pancake maker, cheese, toast and cereals available for the morning recommended. I would probably go back when I get to Lisbon. Italy will be on my next agenda"

"The hotel and grounds, which are actually a former convent, are beautiful. We only had one day here at the end of our trip but we’ll definitely return for longer. The room was perfect and the service was excellent. Make sure to visit the Locke de Santa Joana restaurant as well, it’s phenomenal!"
