"Fabulous hotel, very clean and comfortable. Rooms are really nice very comfortable spacious bed. Bathroom was great, lovely shower. Every member of staff who we spoke to were so helpful especially the ladies on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very friendly and answred any questions we had about the hotel or the area. Breakfast was delicious, all items were extremely tasty and there was lots of choice. We hired a car for the day and we were able to park underneath the hotel which was great. Thank-you for a wonderful stay we will definitely stay again when were in the Isle of Man."

"Excellent, friendly service from all the staff. The hotel was a long walk along the front from the ferry terminal but taxis were available outside on the street in front of the port. Very nice breakfast each morning which offered porridge, kippers and boiled eggs to order as well as cereal, pastries and full English. The room was lovely and clean with views over the sea front (we paid extra for the sea view) In the evening a gentle man was playing the piano in the bar which was pleasant while you had a drink or a bar snack. The restaurant served a small but very nice menu each evening. "

"My experience was very good if not excellent. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s a public parking and Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm restriction means you have to move your car every 2 hours, but if you’re spending the day out visiting places then parking restriction is not a worry."
