「The fact that there was music playing laying in the night if you wanted to sleep, you were listening to music if you wanted to relax and watch TV you had to turn up your television because you’d be listening to music every night and the fact that you might have to park on the street, not in the parking lot of the hotel because there’s not enough parking when they have their banquets every night」

「The service is so good.」

「The hotel charged $30 per night for the parking. Room key was used to scan to the parking lot. If the customer didn't park at the hotel, why they had to be charged for the parking? Those front desk employees were not honest. 」

「The hotel itself is incredible. I did not choose other airport hotel which is much cheaper because of the need to be convenient and easily get to the hotel to rest. However, I seriously ask that there should be better signage in the airport to show travellers which direction to reach the hotel, I spent much time pulling the luggage cart wandering in the airport to find the hotel and so tired.」
