Good location.
Convenient hotel with good location. The sound from the corridor is a bit loud. Or maybe just the people that are load. Great breakfast. Very much a standard hotel without surprises. GF. Have a nice pool.

Stay for 3 nights, overall was happy. Hotel need to improve on the toiletries supply items. The items provide was not enough, and we have to call wait for housekeeping to send. Also the bath towel was not clean, perhaps hotel may consider to change for a new batch, as the towel already turn grey. Hope there is improve for our next visit. Thank you.

Excellent staff, willing to please. I really can't say enough. They normally have the room ready if I check in early. The is shopping and movie next door. The food has been good. I am an expat. I go to Pekanbaru monthly to relax. This is the place to stay, without exception.

Really enjoyed but had some inconveniences.
Really clean rooms and nice staffs, very professional. I had reserved a double bed room but the hotel received it from an agency as a reservation for a twin bed room. Hope they clear out the problem with the agency. The room was clean but its towels are smelly, like butter. It would be better if the customer brings his own towel. They have nice bar(smoking) and restaurant(reasonable price w/ very welcoming staffs, taste is ok), I was very satisfied with the hotel.

I did not manage to get a non-smoking room and I had to ask housekeeping to spray (deodorise) the room to rid it of the lingering cigarette smell.

Helpful hotel staff
It was my first visit to Pekanbaru and I wanted to buy a local SIM card as none was on sale at the airport (surprisingly). A hotel staff immediately helped me to buy one. Very helpful.

Very Good location
Generally comfortable, very clean & quiet place. Weakness is in the poor WiFi reception. For first time visitors, it’s goid to see many local eateries, especially the Riau Foodcourt nearby and we are disappointed there’s no agency around for short trips or tours in this place.

Very long check-in. First they said they did not have non-smoking rooms. After refusing a smoking room they found one. Food ok bad non of our food came at the same time and after long time.
