"Propert was clean, well maintained and close to the beach, just a few steps from our room and our toes were in the smooth white sand. Room was small but it had everything we needed for our stay, we were there a few days, we got clean towels everyday. The beach is peaceful and beautiful, the ocean water like a pool, perfect for little kids. There are places to eat within walking distance outside of the property, but we rented a car and explored further away and found very nice restaurants, overall it was a great experience!"

"We had an excellent stay at this beautiful bayfront home and would happily return. The views were truly the highlight. From the patio, we enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees, and a variety of ocean birds. There is also a lovely shaded dining and lounging area, bayside Adirondack chairs, and two additional seating areas along the water—plenty of wonderful spots to relax and enjoy the scenery.The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and wonderfully deep, making it especially enjoyable for swimming enthusiasts. The house itself was clean and comfortable.A few things to note: the beds and pillows are very firm, which was not our personal preference, and we missed having a full-length mirror. The water pressure throughout the house was also quite low, although that may have been related to the drought conditions in the area. If you plan to spend much time by the bay, be sure to bring mosquito repellent.Sergyi was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to a minor concern and was very helpful in recommending the best beaches and local points of interest."

"My family all talked about how much they enjoyed Sarasota when we got home. Best aspects of this rental: king bed in the master bedroom is really comfortable!! The location is convenient to the beach and quiet. The private pool is a plus, and sitting out on the back lawn watching kayaks go by is fun. The kitchen had what we needed, and the towels, paper products, and beach equipment also fit our needs. The host answered messages quickly. Check-in was convenient. We would stay here again."

"Looks small from the outside but so much room. My family and I had an amazing time and would consider in the future. Communication was good, house was clean and spacious.Master bath could really use a curtain on the window. The sun is shocking first thing in morning. Molding could be updated.Pool temp was great but not all jets work and the pool tools need updating (faded and broken). Mgmt advised during stay.Conveniently close to Siesta Key without the congestion."

"GREAT rental property....clean and well maintained home. We had one concerning issue with no air conditioning upon arrival, but our host immediately got someone to fix it within a few hours (and on a Sunday!) Great fenced in yard for privacy, and home is in a great location. We would definitely rent from this host again when visiting. Small suggestion: interior entry rug at front door would help keep floors clean during stays. Thanks for a great stay!"
