Like many hotels there, there is no elevator (2 floors). Abundant free parking available a few blocks away at the harbor. Pack a light bag for a couple nights stay. Bags can be dropped off from your car about a block from the hotel and the staff will help you bring them to your room. We had two large and two small……

“The staff at Hotel Ostria were so pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was plentiful and continental. The hotel is located right across the road from the beach with many bars and tavernas in short walking distance. We also walked into Kalamata centre which took about 20 minutes. It was als easu to drive to from the airport and there is sufficient parking in the local area. The bed was very comfotable and the room was very clean. We would toroughly recomment Hotel……

The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view.
