"Nice and comfortable, cosmetically the restroom could use a little improvement but it’s nothing that would stop us from coming back again! Really appreciated all the snacks and drinks left by the host. They even left a surprise welcome gift for my daughter. Situated very close to gem mines which is what we went for. Everything was clean! Bedding was fresh, beds comfortable. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver after the mines. No list of a million chores upon leaving (whew) We had a great time and would definitely come back. "

Family commented that this was the first place that we had stayed that there was no wait for the bathroom which is important when there are kids. We enjoyed the view and the trails around the rental. It was pet friendly and my dog enjoyed our hikes around the property as well. Host communicated and answered any inquiries promptly. Arkansas is a beautiful place to visit.
